Studio Soho approached Vievo to connect them with LGBTQ+ content creators to promote the movie Chuck Chuck Baby. The goal was to leverage authentic storytelling and community-driven film promotion to resonate with target audiences.

THE SOLUTION

The Vievo team, together with creators Anu Kiraha, Jak Xenon and Gibbo, developed an authentic and engaging content strategy. Each creator shared their personal connection to Helen, the protagonist’s story of relationships and acceptance. The unique, humoristic portrayal of friendship was highlighted through fresh, heartfelt storytelling, embodying the power of authentic UGC.

Creators published their videos organically, which were then seamlessly integrated into the paid social ads campaign using TikTok's unique ability to promote organic content as part of paid media. This blend of organic and paid TikTok advertising strategies amplified reach and engagement.

THE RESULTS

A split test compared three ads with content from the movie against creator-led UGC, with the same budget
and target audience.

The results were clear: creator-driven UGC doubled traffic and engagement, proving that utilizing creators as brand ambassadors boosts both engagement and conversion rates significantly.
